Kaitlyn Kelley is the nurse navigator for Mount Auburn Hospital’s multidisciplinary lung nodule program. She serves as a resource for lung cancer patients to coordinate care between multiple specialties. Kaitlyn performs daily surveillance of all the lung nodules found in radiology and track to be sure there are no nodules lost to follow up. She increases awareness in the community as well as at the primary care offices on lung cancer screening to engage more patients in preventative health measures to optimize health outcomes. Kaitlyn is part of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health lung cancer screening workshop. Kaitlyn a MSN and is a certified Clinical Nurse Leader.
